“Relax to Survive” is aiming to start a conversation about mental health and positivity in one’s life. Through the process of self reflection, Relax to Survive helps you define what “relax” means to you.  We have used  writing, playing music, and Tai Chi as stimulating exercises that allow self reflection to come easier and clearer. We’re interested in learning about practices that you do that gives you the same effect. 

We’ve compiled some examples of exercises, articles, and activities that we hope will promote resilience and relaxation as you are responding to life’s variables.  Because the term “relax” is interpretive, the concept of “relax to survive” is inherently ever changing based on each person’s perception and experience.We would love to hear more about what relaxes you and what you do to can keep you calm during stressful times.
